These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meet and Rock platform, websites, products and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe or violate the rights of others, including privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights.
  • Upload, post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

3. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Meet and Rock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Meet and Rock and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Service and all associated software, designs, trademarks and content, excluding your User Content.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services or content that are not owned or controlled by Meet and Rock. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

5. Paid Features & Changes

While a free plan may be available, some features of the Service may be offered as paid upgrades. We may change or discontinue plans, features or pricing from time to time. Any changes to paid offerings will be communicated in advance where required by law.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure for us, or for any other reason permitted by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, but certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including those relating to ownership, disclaimers and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meet and Rock disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meet and Rock and its officers, employees, partners and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meet and Rock and its officers, employees, partners and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your primary place of business or residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, unless a different governing law is required by applicable regulations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
